- This software comes with no warranty as far as is legally possible in your country/state.
- Any legal complaints must be resolved in courts of the United Kingdom.
- Only purchases of $4.99 are applicable for free access to any releases within one year of payment.
- Giving out your serial number to another party will invalidate your license to use DeadAIM.
- A payment entitles you to use DeadAIM on one machine. To use on more machines you must make additional payments.
- Proof of purchase must be retained. While JDennis.net does retain payment information we reserve the right not to
supply anyone with a free update if we can find no receipt.
- The offer of access to free updates/releases does not guarantee that any update/release will be made available within the given time span.
